    Initial Consultation

    Our first date will be romantic, be prepared for us to cover everything from periods and libido to bowel function and breakouts. Your initial consultation is a 60minute 1on1 meeting via zoom where we’ll discuss your health history, symptoms and goals. Through specialized evaluation I’ll create a personalized and targeted nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan to nourish and nurture your hormones, rebalancing your cycle and helping you find harmony, naturally.

    Progress

    After your initial consultation we’ll catch up 1on1 every fortnight via zoom for 30minutes where I’ll be checking in on your progress and we’ll be tweaking your program as we move through the process. If there are any lifestyle changes that are popping up as red flags we’ll chat about how to make more sustainable and beneficial decisions for your wellbeing, with no judgement, this is a safe space.

    During this hormone coaching program you have exclusive access to me and my expertise for the duration of the 12 weeks, meaning I’m there for you to answer any questions as they arise, via online chat, apart from between 9pm and 8am (pacific time – in Canada) after all…sleep is crucial for hormone health!

    This is a fully immersive program where not only will we address your current health concerns but I’ll be teaching you my life-code to carry you forward and have all the skills necessary to support yourself after we part ways – but don’t stress, I want you to fly, not crash and burn, after all, hormone balancing is not an overnight wonder, so I also offer an ongoing supervision option should you feel like you still need some additional coaching as you go out into the wild world.
